Here are a few tips to keep your PC happy and working well.
- Do not use liquids to clean keyboards or screens
- Use wipes or Isopropyl Alcohol on wipes/cotton pads to clean your machine
- Do not eat or drink over your machine, this will avoid particles getting trapped in your keyboard and reduce the risk of drinks accidentally spilling on/over the hardware. This can be dangerous to yourself and a disaster for the machine.
- Where possible avoid leaving you machine exposed to:-
- Sources of heat
- Direct sunlight
- Magnetic sources

When you’re working with Outlook and have stored any reasonable number of contacts in the system, you’ll quickly find that the list can get overwhelming. Getting around the contact list efficiently can mean the difference between finding the person with whom you need to communicate right off the bat, and sitting there scrolling through potentially hundreds of contacts.
Factory rest your Linksys WPS54GU2 print server

To reset the Linksys WPS54GU2 wireless print server to factory default settings:
- Unplug the PrintServer.
- Connect to LAN using LAN cable
- Press and hold the Reset button.
- While pressing the Reset button, plug in the PrintServer.
- Continue pressing the button for 10 seconds and the PrintServer will be reset to factory defaults.
- Finally a DHCP request will be made
You can then login to the admin screen using the factory default login details:
- User : admin
- Password : admin

Create PowerPoint Shortcuts

Here are some interesting PowerPoint shortcuts:
- To create a new presentation press Ctrl+N.
- To open an existing one press Ctrl+O.
- All done? Close your presentation using Ctrl+W.
- And to save it press Ctrl+S.
- Get out of the program all together using Alt+F4.
(By the way, this batch of shortcuts works with all Office applications.)

This feature finds every instance of a particular word or phrase and replaces it with another word or phrase. Excel can also support this feature.
