If you regularly send messages to the same group of e-mail addresses, you can create a Distribution List in Outlook to make the process easier.

To create a Distribution List using names in the Address Book:

On the File menu, point to New, and then click Distribution List.
In the Name box, type a name for your list.
Click on the Select Members tab.
In the Show names from the box, click the address book that contains the e-mail addresses you want to include your distribution list, e.g., Global Address List.
In the Type name of select from list box, type a portion of the name of a person you want to include.  In the list which appears below, select the desired name, and then click Members.
Repeat this for each person you want to add in the distribut8ion list, and then click OK.

If you want to add a longer description of the distribution list, click the Notes tab, and then type in whatever descriptive text is desired.

The distribution list is saved in your Contacts folder by the name you have given it.

When you are ready to send a message to the names on that distribution list:

Create a new mail message and type in the Distribution List Name in the To field.

If you do not remember the exact name, you can locate it as follows:
Click on the “To”  button to which will bring up the Select Names dialog box
In the Show names from the box, click Contacts.
Scroll through your Contact list to locate the name of your Distribution List.
Click on that name, and then click the To at the bottom to bring the name into that field, and then press OK to bring the name into your message.
